So for those of you that read my blog you'll all remember the rather controversial topic of "Tent City Jails" well anyway "O" who was vocal with his comments on the topic found a version of his jail that he would like to see, see below!

Aug. 1 - Michael Jackson may not know it but he's helping rehabilitate inmates at jail in the Philippines.
Every morning hundreds of identically dressed men and woman gyrate in synch to tunes like "Thriller ." The dance routine is the brainchild of Byron Garcia, who oversees the prison in Cebu and and has taken a novel approach to reforming offenders.
