Once again a note to myself of what I'll cook on my days to cook. I have to cook on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Big C does Mondays and Wednesdays but of late I've been lazy on cooking on Fridays and Sundays.
Even though those are "cook if you want to" days I'd still like to make a bigger effort. Last Friday we had pizza from Papa Johns, I could just feel cholesterol clogging my arteries and after a while it didn't taste as good.

Personally I love the Fabmagic Inf, even though it will clash with about 90% of her winter wardrobe but kids are allowed to clash and they look so cute doing it!!! I wonder how much the person gets paid for making up the names of these shoes? I wouldn't mind that job.
Those recipes sound delish but way beyond my culinary realm.
