I know, I know, yet another thing to join, yet another social networking service...but I've found so many old co-worker, old school mates (here and abroad), and friends in general on FACEBOOK I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask!

Oh I nearly forgot...here are my two new favorite pics from my fil's 60th birthday party:
This is my least favorite pic because my arm looks like two ham hocks, but not to worry I had my first aerobics class last night, it's a class run by my county at the local golf club.
When I got there was I thinking everyone would be skinny and fit and young....they were fit and skinny alright but they were nearly all over 55. I was very excited by this to see sooo many older active people it made me proud. But I was a slight embarrassed because by the end of the warm up I was ready to pass out and I looked around me and all these women were rearing to go!!! I pray I'm this agile at this age...I can't wait to for the next class...well as soon as my muscles and joints stop aching that is...and to think this is the low impact class! Thank god they didn't have a higher impact class than this one, I know I would have been miss confident and signed up for that class and had to drop out or pass out!
I don't have Facebook, only Myspace. I love her dress - she's ADORABLE!

my daughter (in college) would have a fit if i joined facebook. she was slightly mortified when i joined myspace.
