The garden that keeps on giving...

I picked these cucumbers from the garden this weekend, I'm amazed and how much produce our little garden has given us this year and I still have tomatoes and potatoes still in the ground...


I made these Skinny Meatloaf Cupcakes with Mashed Potato Frosting (Click for Recipe) last night for dinner...they didn't come out as pretty as the pictures in the recipe as I couldn't find my icing bag, but boy did they taste good and I was able to nearly finish the 3lb zucchini that came from the garden a while back, so it was a win, win all around.

    Beautiful veggies. We live in an apartment right now so not so good for growing veggies. But as soon as we buy a house, a garden will be going up in the backyard. Have a great day girl!

    I'm so impressed! I know nothing about gardening but we tried to plant some things. However, I think our extreme heat killed it all.

    I remember when I used to help my parents in their garden. I told myself that I'd get around to starting a garden and have yet to begin the research or the planning.

    I'm going to have to try that recipe. It's such a cute idea!
