As many people have asked, this picture was taken around 1992. I was still at home in England and we have something called The Nottinghill Carnival (yes same place as the Julia Roberts Movie "Nottinghill"! If you've seen this movie I am trying to get Baby C to say Opps a daisy, every time she falls!) and on my way to the carnival I saw Will Smith and he graciously let me take a picture.
