I went downstairs to HR to guess the almonds (please see post below if you're puzzled), they'd put the almonds in a container that once contained small pretzels...so I kind of cheated and turned the container over to reveal that it once held 50 servings and each serving was 7 pretzels. So I just multiplied 50 by 7 and added 100 as I know the almonds are smaller than the pretzels (the almonds are shelled).

Well since I was down there I decided to raid their stash of old Halloween candy that they were desperately tying to get rid of. They also had a bag of wasabi peanuts next to the Halloween candy. I figured it was another dire attempt to get rid of something that was bought for Halloween festivities but no one liked. I decided to try them and what a pleasurable surprise I had...I loved them!! Now I have to figure out some way to go down and get more without looking like a gluttonous pig!
I called Big C before I went down to HR and he informed me that the in laws are going to Australia for Thanksgiving and not returning until December 1st! I am sooo jealous but in a super good way!!! I wanted to get out of town so badly for Thanksgiving...I wanted to get to GA and visit family and also meet
Dawn. But alas it didn't seem to work out this time around, I was kind of waiting on a decision from my aunt as to whether we were going to CA to visit my grandparents for Thanksgiving instead, and when she finally said no it was just too late to look for flights and plan for GA. I guess I could always look for last minute deals but I'm so bad at last minute things...plan, plan, plan! That's me!
You crack me up. I'm gonna have to go try some of that wasabi-goodness.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love that picture of the little princess with her daddy in the last post. Too cute, and is she ever stylin'! Kids got a great wardrobe.
