i LOVED that movie. it was so cute! I don't know if i'd cook my way through Julia Childs cookbook. But I probably would do the Pioneer Woman's :D
ReplyDeleteI actually thought about doing this after I read the book, but I don't think my kids would even TRY half that stuff! LOL
ReplyDeleteAnyway, the one I thought was interesting was Julia (not the whiney blogger Julie). What a life! What an attitude! I'll bet she was a hoot to hang out with.
My Aunt served with Julia Child in the OSS during WWII. The story I want to hear is the one Julia went to her grave unable to tell.

That's on my 'want to see' list. I can never hope to do any french cooking!
ReplyDeleteI love this movie. I don't think I'd cook through the book though, but the movie always inspires me to get in the kitchen. I want to learn how to cook a variety of foods. I'd probably try my hand at a few of Julia's recipes :-)
