I think she's far to young for nail polish but she opened up the package before I could slide and hide the nail polish and she nagged me all weekend. But it rubbed off within the hour so I didn't have to walk the streets with people looking at me like I had a charlatan for a daughter!!!
We're trying to convince her to STAY in her bed all night and not climb into ours. Every time she stays put she gets a prize in the morning. Prizes consist of me foraging around the house for items that I've hidden away because she hasn't grown into them yet!!! I scored when I remembered these skates hidden next to the freezer. We got them YEARS ago for my step daughter but she was never interested, so Baby C "misguidedly" thought I'd bought them JUST for her! Bless her heart!
We also painted a stain glass wind chime I still need to drive myself crazy trying to hang the tiny pieces of string from each chime, pictures of that soon to come.

ReplyDeleteMel...i never heard of placing bottle tops with beer in them to keep insects away from your garden. I am going to have to try that. I have a prize bag for Anthony that consists of juice boxes, bubbles, coloring books, etc... just stuff that I have found at the dollar store for him anytime he does good in school.
