What's up with that? Did the year fly by just too quickly? Did Thanksgiving sneak up and bellies are still full?
Anyway we finally had ours up Dec 5th, and while I cooked Sunday dinner (rarity in our house) Big C and Baby C decorated it. Funny thing is, now that Big C took the time to decorate it, every evening he diligently and faithfully turns the lights on.
....When I decorated it, he could care less and mostly diligently turned the lights off before the house burnt down.
Hmm I'm wondering what other tasks he can take over around the house, I'll make him believe he took the initiative if it guarantees he'll be responsible for it for the rest of time!!!
Cute tree! This was the first year I did without a real Christmas tree...so I got an artifical tree this year from Target for $50.00 and it looks pretty good. I am glad I got an artifical tree so that helped me be able to put it up earlier than usual! But yeah I think everyone was on the late bus this year...year went by quickly.

Your tree is beautiful! We have a pre lit tree and it went up the day after thanksgiving!
