The kids gave the teachers their Christmas gift a few days ago. Those teachers made out this year, I collected $10 per child for each teacher and they ended up with $75 Visa gift cards.
I'm still annoyed that all the monetary gift cards charge fees though, they should have rightfully got $80 gift cards each.
But it's still better than what I "could" have got a measly $10 by myself anyway.
And yes my daughter does have on leg warmers!! I found them at H&M and I said "FAME! I'm gonna live forever.... I'm gonna learn how to fly FAME!
My children were raised in daycare and had the best teachers. Just think of the role they play in the molding of our children and wonder how any gift could be enough. Baby C, just like my kids, deserves only the best and I'm sure you see that she has that.
ReplyDeletei love the legwarmers! Megan has several pair. I think they're so cute :)
ReplyDeleteOne of my daughter's is a daycare teacher. She is a natural! Kim has lots of early childhood education, however, her heart and love of children did not come from a book. I have such respect for daycare teachers.
ReplyDeleteLove those legwarmers! I could use some of those this cold and snowy Christmas Eve.
Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful family!
I love the leg earners-I want some!

ReplyDeleteToo cute! And she is rockin those leg warmers! I am NOT mad at her!
ReplyDeleteGreat of you to take the lead on the collection plate from the parents. Hopefully the experience wasn't too bad.
