Anyhooo, last week Monday I couldn't wake Baby C up and I barely wanted to get out of the bed myself.
So that morning I decided we weren't going any where and we stay in bed and spent the day together....
We found ourselves at Starbucks, she bought her new purse stuffed with everything a girl could need, she sipped on her tall decaf caramel machiato, we split a chicken tarragon sandwich and she got all comfy in new slippers she'd not 5 minutes prior begged me to buy....
It was then like always that it hit me, that school is fast approaching and very soon I won't have the luxury of spending a quiet afternoon with her like we did that day.
She's cute!

ReplyDeleteWhat a nice leisurely way to spend the afternoon. I still keep Alex home probably twice a year just to hang out with me (and yep, I'll play hookie too in a heart beat!)
