Flea Market Finds

When we used to live in one of the 5 boroughs I used to frequent a flea market on Sunday afternoons, the neighborhood used to be a little undesirable and now I probably couldn't afford to live there even if I won the lottery.

My favorite items that I used to look for were old camera's. This was way before I even owned a real camera, besides my point and shoot.

I'm not sure what drew me to them, maybe that nostalgic vintage feeling, who knows.

Adrienne mentioned in a previous post of hers, how excited she was to have received two vintage camera's from her Uncle....and it made me think of my small collection and flea market days.

My flea market days were before the little one came along, now they've been replaced by garage sale days...funny how things work out like that.

  1. neat! i've always wanted to collect cameras. I just never ever go to flea markets. I do have one Kodak Instamatic from the 60's though...it was my grandpas :)

  2. Wow that's a lot of cameras. Are they all in working order? I think it's telling of my personality that I was more interested in looking at the books on your shelf, then heading over to Amazon to check them out and see if I'd like them. One or two are officially on my "wish list" lol! xx

  4. Those cameras are very vintage-looking and in excellent condition, it appears. Also, love the Grisham books within your book collection. Looks sorta like my bookshelf.
