Second day at my new job....and I get this email

As part of our employee appreciation efforts, we are making arrangements for a Mr. Softee ice cream truck to come to our facility on July 14th to distribute ice cream to all employees. The truck will be located in the child care drop off parking area on the north west side of the building. (Same location we gather for emergency evacuations). Listed below is a schedule starting at 2:00 p.m. allowing departments to go outside in 15 minute increments. Employees will be given a coupon to redeem for their ice cream. We ask that the department secretaries distribute the coupons to each employee. We will give out the coupons Thursday, July 13th to be distributed Friday morning. An e-mail will be sent to all employees.
