I cooked Eggplant Meatballs yesterday and they took forever and I did NOT like them.
I know most people only comment on recipes that were good but I just wanted to give my two cents on this.
Don't get me wrong they weren't "put them right in the trash and waste money" bad, but they were "I won't waste my eggplant money or time cooking them again" bad.
That's all I wanted to say really....I disliked them so much I didn't even take a picture.
sometimes you just need meat. haha! :P

I am an eggplant fanatic (had it for dinner tonight) and let me tell you I get pissed when I waste money on one! The last two were so bitter I couldn't even eat them!!! Pissed!! I understand!
