- I have a PADI Open Water Diver certification.
- I have been married before and my ex mother-in-law is white.
- I lived in an aunts RV for nearly a year sometime after college while saving up for a house!
- I owned by first house at age 24.
- I threw up as a child after eating too much cheese cake and now I can't eat it.
- After 9-11 my husband and I determined a specific meeting point if, god forbid another 9-11 ever happens, it's a McDonalds in downtown Brooklyn, though the McDonalds isn't there anymore.
- I have a feeling that one day my grandmother and mother-in-law will visit me, even though both have passed.
- I've never met my father and I'm an only child. It doesn't really bother me that I've never met him but it does bother me that people who ask me if I've met him seem to "expect it to bother me".
- I'm a social media, app, tool junky, I wouldn't mind getting paid to play with it. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, pinterest, polyvore, foursquare, allrecipes it doesn't matter I'll play with it.
- My dream would be for Apple and Google to merge.
- During most meetings at work I'm the only person of color in the room and I sometimes wonder why.
- When I have a son I'll name him Colby. They'll always be a Baby C in the house.
- I did Latin for 2 years in primary school and I still remember the tenses for the word girl (puella) in Latin.
- I can recite "Hail Mary" in my sleep and I'm not catholic.
- I hate taking pictures of myself and get disgusted when I Iook in the mirror at my naked self. I was thin until I had my daughter and then I let it all go and never took it back. An ex boyfriend says "You should always like what you see when you look in the mirror at your naked self and if you don't you should do something about it".

I would love to go diving one day but I'm not the best swimmer and I worry about Sharks. Esp with so many attacks lately. There was a poor Brit who was killed by a Shark on his honeymoon, that story broke my heart.
ReplyDeleteI think its great that you two have a meeting place in case of a major incident. I've watched far too many movies not to believe that you should prepare for the worst.
I don't believe I know what you do for a living?
And I went to Catholic school, though I'm not Catholic so I know Hail Mary too. One of the things that will stick with me forever I'm sure xx
