Day 08 Short term goals for this month and why

What's the difference between "Short Term Goals" and a "To Do List"???
  1. Replace a square of the linoleum on the kitchen floor (one small piece of the corner broke so I have to replace the entire square, extremely annoying)
  2. Get all the vacation pictures off my husbands iPhone (that's a feat in itself)
  3. Find that negative of my mother and Baby C from when she was 2 and print the picture from it (now I see why the invention of the digital camera was so important)
  4. Save photos to an SD card for mom to take home and peruse at her leisure
  5. Order the PlayStation®Vita for Big C for Christmas before prices go through the roof!
  6. Apply to Graduate School
  7. Put Salena Gomez's new album on Baby C's iPod. (Not sure which is worse her or Justin Beiber)
  8. Renew Baby C's passport (Already, are they serious, she'd better get the 10 year one this time!)
  9. Update my resume (They're laying people off like cattle over here!)
  10. Put the sleeping bags back in the shed from camping (I swear it takes forever to get everything back in place after camping)
  11. Check and see if the swimming pool is dry enough to put away (It's raining right now so I think I can check this one off!)
  12. Right a "strongly worded" letter to SuperShuttle (We landed at 10:00pm, got the bags by 10:25pm, called them at 10:30pm and some how still didn't get home to 1AM, we only live 29 minutes from the airport)
Is a goal something that's done over time and a to do list is a quick single thing? Well then my goal for this month is to get my To Do list done!

    I put off updating my passport after I got married, simply because of the expense. In fact, if Adam hadn't returned to the US and paid for it to be done, I'd still be displaying my maiden name. Its so pricey. But because she's still so young they might not give her a 10 yr. She'll change a lot in that time!
    Oh and Beiber and Salena together is worse than either one of individually. But I suppose those are the tastes of children. You should be glad, my 4 yr old niece likes singing Amy Winehouse!

    Good luck with your list and esp applying to grad school. I hope you won't need to use your updated CV until you're ready! xx

    Our 6 and 9 are the same! Keep plugging away girlie! I just checked 3 things off my to do list today.

    grad school?!!? exciting!
    I hate even thinking about all the photos i need to scan from a negative :(
