When someone's blog makes you cry

Do you love it or hate it when a blog makes you cry?

Me I love it....I love the feeling that I have entered someone elses world if even for the briefest of moment. I love the feeling that I'm in their shoes and I am feeling the same feelings that they had at that exact moment. I love the feeling that there is something right with this world no matter how many visions of war I see on the news.

It's not even 10AM and in between working I've read two blogs and both have made me cry. I don't mean teary eyed...I mean tears that actually left the eye lid and slowly rolled down my cheeks, but at least they were tears of joy!!

The first blog I read is only monumental if you know everything that this child had been through...I hope she doesn't mind me linking to her blog. If she does I'm sure she'll tell me and I'll understand. I made it to picture no. 4 and I broke down and for those of you that know Raquel from Two Peas you'll understand!

When I moved onto the next blog I had no idea my best friend from college was going to put a tear in my eye...Kansas Queen.

So there you have it...everything is right with the world after all...and what a beautiful start to the week.

  1. Hey lady. I must admit, i'm with you...i've been brought to tears by SEVERAL blogs that I've read. I'm a terribly emotional person and I cry pretty easily. But some of this stuff is down right touching! To me, that's what this hobby of blogging all about...sharing those things that you would otherwise have kept inside. Great post! Thanks.

  2. I love to cry over joyous things and warm and fuzzy stories from others. It makes me feel like I am not being consumed by all the darkness in the world, and that there are things in life to look forward to. BTW- I get teary-eyed everytime I see new photos of Baby C and I love it!
